1. Executive – Pharmacovigilance
Experience: 0-2 years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end case management (receipt, follow-up, database entry, peer review, and regulatory submissions).
- Mailbox management and tracking of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Perform literature screening for safety data.
- Maintain safety logs, files, and compliance reports for QPPV.
- Assist in regulatory queries, audits, and inspections.
- Coordination with stakeholders for Pharmacovigilance compliance.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Senior Executive – Pharmacovigilance
Experience: 2-3 years (1 year in ICSR processing & aggregate reports)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ICSR processing (case download, entry, review, and submission).
- Literature screening and authoring aggregate reports (PADERs, PBRERs, PSURs).
- Regulatory compliance and safety data reconciliation.
- Handling product complaints and safety queries.
- Support internal/external audits and inspections.
Skills Required:
- Experience in drafting PADERs & PBRERs.
- Strong analytical and compliance reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & pharmacovigilance databases.
