Immediate Openings in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage)
We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to fill the following critical roles within our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing and quality assurance departments. All positions are based at our facility in Derasam (V), Ranasthalam (M), Srikakulam (D), Andhra Pradesh.
Production Department
- Production Operators & Reviewers: We are seeking candidates with a B.Pharma, BSc, Diploma, or ITI qualification and 3 to 6 years of experience in various stages of oral solid dosage manufacturing. Ideal candidates will have practical expertise in granulation, blending, compression, coating, and packaging processes. A strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and maintaining production equipment.
- Ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate production records.
- Performing quality checks at various stages of production.
- Identifying and resolving production issues.
Quality Assurance (QA) Department
- QA Executives, Officers & Reviewers: We are seeking candidates with an M.Pharmacy, MSc, B.Pharma, or BSc degree and 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QA environment. Experience in AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance), QMS (Quality Management Systems), IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance), documentation, batch release, validations, and qualifications is required. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements is essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing batch records and production documentation.
- Conducting internal audits and inspections.
- Implementing and maintaining quality systems.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participating in validation and qualification activities.
Quality Control (QC) Department
- QC Executives & Officers: We are seeking candidates with an M.Pharmacy, MSc, B.Pharma, or BSc degree and 3-12 years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC environment. Experience in raw material (RM) and packaging material (PM) testing, analytical method validation (AMV/AMT), intermediate product (IP) and finished product (FP) testing, and stability studies is highly desirable.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Performing testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Developing and validating analytical methods.
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Maintaining accurate laboratory records.
- Conducting stability studies.
Warehouse and Maintenance Department
- Warehouse Executives & Officers: We seek candidates with an MSc or BSc degree and 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management. Experience in managing receipts, dispensing, finished goods, and engineering warehouse operations is essential. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Mechanical Executives & Officers: We are seeking candidates with a B.Tech, Diploma, or ITI qualification and 3-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industries. Experience with process engineering, projects, AHU (Air Handling Unit), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, instrumentation, and documentation is required.
- Key Responsibilities (Warehouse & Mechanical): Responsibilities will include inventory management, maintenance of equipment, ensuring smooth operations, and adherence to safety standards.
Human Resources (HR) Department
- HR Executive / Assistant: Candidates should possess an MHRM or MBA degree and 3-5 years of experience in HR functions. Responsibilities include managing attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, and plant operations support.
