Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and annotate biological datasets from transcriptomics, proteomics, and single-cell omics technologies.
- Standardize biological data using established ontologies.
- Collaborate with bioinformaticians and AI/ML engineers to ensure high-quality data integration.
- Perform NGS data analysis using in-house pipelines and assist in pipeline maintenance.
- Learn and apply machine learning/AI techniques in ongoing research projects.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple biological data sources.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Strong foundation in bioinformatics tools and biological databases.
- Basic knowledge of omics data storage, processing, and management.
- Proficiency in Python or R (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in data analysis and visualization is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn new bioinformatics tools and computational methods.
