Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate code assignment.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10 coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize medical coding software efficiently.
- Interpret clinical documentation using knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
- Stay updated with industry changes and attend training sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Science, Life Sciences, Biosciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Allied Health.
- Year of Passing: 2020 to 2024 graduates are eligible.
- Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Familiarity with ICD-10 guidelines.
- AAPC/AHIMA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in Risk Adjustment coding is a plus.
