1. Engineering Services – API (HVAC, Cleanroom, & Purified Water Systems)
Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for maintaining critical systems in a pharmaceutical setting? Maithri Laboratories is seeking experienced professionals to ensure the seamless operation of our state-of-the-art facilities. Your expertise will be vital in keeping our production running smoothly and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Operations and maintenance of HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and purified water plants.
- Implementation and execution of preventive maintenance schedules for reactors, ANFD (Air, Nitrogen, and Fluid Delivery) systems, centrifuges, and other critical equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering disciplines.
- 1-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry (Experience in API manufacturing is a plus).
- Strong understanding of HVAC, cleanroom technology, and purified water systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
2. Warehouse Management – API

Responsibilities:
- Management of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Overseeing goods receipt, storage, and dispatch processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inventory movements, stock levels, and transactions.
- Effective management of warehouse space and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc, B.Com, or MBA degree.
- 1-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.

3. Production – API

- Operation and maintenance of reactors, ANFD systems, centrifuges, and other production equipment.
- Adherence to strict GMP guidelines and safety protocols.
- Monitoring and controlling process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any deviations from standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Sc (Freshers welcome) or any degree with relevant experience.
- 0-6 years of experience in API production (Experience preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Understanding of chemical processes and reactor operations.
