Job Description: Project Coordinator – eCOA

Key Responsibilities:

Advertisement ad
  1. Study Management Support
    • Assist in database setup & study documentation
    • Track equipment distribution & inventory
    • Prepare and distribute reports
    • Archive study-related documents
  2. Project Coordination
    • Organize Project Assurance meetings
    • Document meeting minutes & action items
    • Track issue resolution & customer escalations
  3. Financial & Administrative Tasks
    • Update databases for scope changes
    • Assist with invoice reconciliation
    • Prepare forecasting reports

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service
  • 1-2 years in pharmaceutical/clinical research (or related industry)
  • Knowledge of drug development processes
  • Supply chain/logistics experience (a plus)
  • Strong organizational & time-management skills
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
