About the Role
As a Project Coordinator (eCOA), you will support global clinical studies—from planning to closeout—ensuring smooth execution, documentation, equipment tracking, and customer communication to help accelerate evidence generation in clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities of clinical studies
- Assist with database setup and development of study documents
- Coordinate equipment distribution, logistics, and tracking
- Create and distribute study status reports
- Manage documentation archival and compliance tracking
- Organize Project Assurance meetings and record minutes & action items
- Support financial tracking, including scope changes and invoice reconciliation
- Prepare forecasting reports for ongoing studies
- Track and document escalations and issue resolutions
- Respond to customer inquiries and participate in calls/meetings
- Lead assigned components of projects
- Complete all required training and compliance documentation on time
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in clinical research, pharma, life sciences, or related industries
- Solid understanding of the drug development process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work on-site/hybrid from Bangalore
