What You Will Do

As an Associate IS – Safety ART – ICSR Processing – ICMA, youโ€™ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of adverse event data across multiple systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising daily data processesย to identify and resolve issues related to delayed or stuck files.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to addressย system dependenciesย andย data reconciliation issues.
  • Developing and maintainingย dashboards and reportsย to track system performance and file flow metrics.
  • Implementingย test plans and scriptsย to validate system updates and new deployments.
  • Ensuring data adheres toย KCI metricsย and maintaining process reliability.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


What We Expect of You

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degreeย in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or Information Systems withย 0 to 3 years of experience.
  • ORย a Diploma withย 4 to 7 years of experienceย in the same fields.

Functional Skills

Must-Have Skills

  • Strongย analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managingย data transfer processesย and resolving file-related issues.
  • Proficiency inย data analysis and QA tools.
