1. IPDRG Coders

Requirements:

• Certifications: AAPC and/or AHIMA (preferably CCS, CIC certified).
• Responsibilities:
  • Review inpatient medical records.
  • Assign accurate ICD-10-CM and PCS codes for diagnoses and procedures.

2. E&M and IP/OP Surgery Coders

Requirements:

• Expertise: Experience in E&M (Outpatient/Inpatient) and Surgery coding.
• Responsibilities:
  • Review E&M and Surgery medical records.
  • Assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes for diagnoses and procedures.
