Apollo Research Academy (ARA) is hiring a Research Associate to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Hyderabad, or Delhi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multi-specialty research groups, identify innovative research opportunities, and develop impactful research proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clinical Research Groups to design and develop research proposals
- Identify and secure new grant opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive literature searches and gap analyses
- Network with researchers and collaborators to foster partnerships
- Assess risks and prepare detailed research summaries
Requirements
- PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent
- MBA in Pharma/Healthcare Management (preferred)
- Proven experience leading clinical research projects
- In-depth knowledge of clinical research methodology and regulations
Skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and computing abilities
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach
Compensation
- CTC: ₹15-25 LPA (based on experience)
