Responsibilities of a Research & Insights Intern
As a Research & Insights Intern, you’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience by contributing to market research projects that shape business strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Market Research:
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather data on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Develop market research questionnaires and discussion guides to meet business objectives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover patterns, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Compile and analyze data from project activities and present inferences through detailed reports.
- Support Functions:
- Assist your manager or mentor in day-to-day research tasks.
- Participate in desk research, data compilation, and report preparation to contribute to strategic projects.
Qualifications Required
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- A combination of Pharma + MBA will be an added advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to market research.
