Your Role as Associate, Data Management

As an Associate in Data Management, you will support critical processes in clinical research, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Below are your key responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform data cleaning procedures, review and resolve queries in the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system under supervision.
• Assist in the development of data management plans, data validation plans, and system validation plans.
• Respond to EDC help desk requests from sites and sponsors, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Participate in user access management for study systems, ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
• Develop database validation specifications, CRF completion guidelines, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts for study databases.
• Perform UAT and maintain data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.

Additional Responsibilities

• Prepare, collect, and archive study-related clinical documents.
• Participate in vendor data management activities.
• Support internal team meetings and sponsor meetings by taking and distributing minutes.
• Assist with project management and reporting requests.

Your Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or IT-related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• 0-1 year of experience in data management, database administration, or clinical research.

Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
