Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice and non-voice customer interactions, including emails and other communication channels.
- Identify and document Adverse Events (AE), Product Quality Complaints (PQC), and Medical Information (MI) cases.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and data entry.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on reported cases and customer queries.
- Follow pharmacovigilance guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
- Meet quality, productivity, and service-level targets.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
