We’re actively recruiting for several key positions within our organization, offering a diverse range of roles and growth potential. These positions are vital to our ongoing success, and we’re seeking talented individuals to contribute their skills and enthusiasm. The available roles include:

• Junior Process Associate (30 positions): This entry-level role provides a fantastic platform to learn and grow within the company. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and support, enabling them to develop their skills and progress within Advantmed. Responsibilities may include data entry, process improvement initiatives, and client interaction. A strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail are essential.
• Process Associate (10 positions): This role demands a higher level of experience and proficiency in process management. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of success in handling various processes and improving operational efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer Service Representative (CSR) (5 positions): We seek enthusiastic and highly communicative individuals for our customer service team. Excellent interpersonal skills, a patient and helpful demeanor, and the ability to resolve customer queries effectively are vital for this position. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
