Job Responsibilities
As a Research Scientist/Associate at Ortiv-Q3, you will play a key role in analytical research and development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting method development and validation for pharmaceutical compounds.
- Operating and calibrating analytical instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, Dissolution Apparatus, and PSD.
- Performing technology transfer (TT) to ensure seamless process implementation.
- Analyzing data to support drug development and regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Education: M.Pharm or M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields.
- Experience: 0–5 years in an Analytical Laboratory (freshers welcome for Trainee roles).
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, LC-MS, and Dissolution Apparatus.
- Proficiency in method development, validation, and technology transfer.
- Familiarity with calibration and operation of analytical instruments.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards.
