Packing (OSD)
- Officer / Executive
- Key Skills: Bottle packing, Blister packing (Primary & Secondary), Supervisor skill set, Equipment Qualification.
Production (OSD)
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Key Skills: Granulation, IGL (Integrated Granulation Line).
- Officer / Executive
- Key Skills: Granulation, IGL, Compression (Cadmach & Killian machines).
Engineering (OSD)
- Technical Assistant / Plant Operator
- Key Skills: HVAC systems.
These roles involve hands-on operations in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with quality standards and efficient production processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring specialized equipment in packing, production, or engineering sections.
- Performing line clearances, equipment qualification, and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining productivity, yield, and adherence to cGMP guidelines.
- Supervising teams (for Officer/Executive levels) and ensuring smooth shift operations.
- Documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, BE/B.Tech, or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 3-7 years in relevant pharma manufacturing (preferably OSD formulations).
- Candidates with hands-on experience in the specified skills will be preferred.
