- Roles: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3 – 8 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operating machines such as:
- Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA)
- Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor
- Compression machines (Fette, Korsch)
- Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson)
- Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG)
- Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish)
- Imprinting and Visual Inspection
- Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO)
- Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments.
- Packing
- Roles: Plant Operator / Technical Assistant
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3 – 12 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operating machines for:
- CVC bulk packing
- Sachet packing
- Blister packing (BQS, ACG, PamPac)
- Performing line clearance and cleaning of equipment/instruments.
- Engineering
- Roles: Technician
- Qualifications: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 3 – 12 years
- Responsibilities:
- Plant maintenance as fitter, electrician, or instrument mechanic
- Experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown management of OSD plant equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Calibration activities involving instruments, sensors, PLC, HML, SCADA
- Knowledge of HVAC validation and BMS operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Sc / ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3 – 12 years (varies by position)
- Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and cGMP documentation
