Available Positions and Responsibilities
Zydus is hiring for the following roles:
- Quality Assurance (IPQA / QMS) Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive Evaluate proposed changes and their impact on risk associated with safety, purity, efficacy, and quality of products. Handle cGMP system, documentation, regulatory impact, and training requirements.
- Formulation and Filling Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive Prepare formulations as per BMR and approved procedures. Handle equipment such as vessel and filtration units, autoclave, vial washing machine, and tunnel.
- Plant Operator Knowledge of handling O-RABS, C-RABS, Isolators, Experience in Ampoule / PFS / Vial / Cartridges. Operation of Vial washing / Filling / Lyophilizers / Autoclave / Process vessels.
- Engineering Operator (ITI / Diploma – Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical) Candidates should have 1-5 years of hands-on experience in PLC, field instruments, and sensors. Coordinating & executing process equipment maintenance work.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotech, Micro, Lifesciences / B.Pharm / B.Tech / ITI / Diploma (as per role).
- Experience: 2 – 7 years in relevant pharma/vaccine manufacturing roles.
- Preference given to candidates with exposure to sterile injectables, vaccines, or biologics production.

- Quality Assurance roles: ₹4 – 8 Lakhs
- Formulation roles: ₹4 – 8 Lakhs
- Plant Operator: ₹2.5 – 5 Lakhs
- Engineering Operator: ₹3 – 6 Lakhs
