Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment in injectable manufacturing
- Handle machines like vial filling, PFS filling, and autoclaves
- Manage processes including vial washing, dehydrogenation tunnel, and compounding
- Ensure proper filling, capping, and lyophilization operations
- Maintain compliance with cGMP guidelines and SOPs
- Perform routine checks and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams for smooth production flow
Required Qualifications
- D. Pharm or ITI qualification
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production
- Experience in injectable manufacturing is preferred
- Strong understanding of cGMP requirements
- Ability to handle production machinery efficiently
