Available Positions and Departments
Zydus is seeking talented individuals for the following roles:
Production Department
- Line Chemist: Responsible for overseeing production lines in API manufacturing, ensuring process compliance, handling chemical reactions, and maintaining quality standards during shift operations.
- Trainee Officer: Entry-level role involving assistance in production activities, learning API processes, and supporting senior team members in daily operations (ideal for freshers).
Quality Assurance Department
- Trainee Officer: Focus on quality checks, documentation, compliance with GMP standards, and supporting QA activities in the API unit (suitable for fresh chemistry graduates).
MEE (Multi-Effect Evaporator)
- MEE Operator: Operate and monitor multi-effect evaporators for effluent treatment, ensure efficient evaporation processes, perform routine maintenance, and maintain safety protocols.
Engineering Department
- RO Operator: Manage Reverse Osmosis systems for water treatment, monitor performance, and handle troubleshooting.
- Electrician: Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, installations, and ensure smooth functioning of plant equipment.
All positions involve shift duties and are based at the Ankleshwar location.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Line Chemist: M.Sc in Industrial/Organic Chemistry or B.E in Chemical Engineering; 2-6 years of full-time experience in relevant API/pharma production.
- Trainee Officer (Production & Quality Assurance): B.Sc (Chemistry or related) / Diploma in Chemical Engineering; Freshers from 2025 graduation batch are eligible.
- MEE Operator / RO Operator / Electrician: Any ITI certification or graduation; 1-6 years of relevant experience in plant operations, utilities, or maintenance.
Candidates should be prepared for shift-based work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Salary and Benefits
