Available Positions & Responsibilities
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant – Production & Packing (Solid Oral) Areas: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection, Capsule Filling, Wurster Coating, Blister Packing (BQS) & Hicart Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor high-speed tablet/capsule manufacturing and packing lines
- Perform in-process checks and documentation as per cGMP
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and maintain line efficiency
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
- Trainee Plant Operator
- Freshers or candidates with 1 year experience willing to learn Solid Oral operations
- On-the-job training provided
- Executive / Sr. Executive – Engineering Department: Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of process equipment
- Utility management and calibration activities
- Support qualification and validation activities
- Technician / Instrument Technician Trade: Fitter, Electrical, Instrumentation Key Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment
- PLC, SCADA, and control system troubleshooting
- Spare parts management and documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Plant Operator / Technical Assistant: ITI (any trade) – 1-2 years experience
- Trainee Plant Operator: ITI (freshers may apply)
- Executive / Sr. Executive: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation – 2-8 years
- Technician: ITI Fitter/Electrical/Instrumentation – 2-6 years
Candidates appearing for engineering roles should have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical process equipment maintenance.
