Available Positions and Responsibilities
Production Department – Senior Executive / Executive and Machine Operator Hands-on roles in sterile injectable manufacturing involving:
- Autoclave operations and sterilization cycles
- Vial washing, tunnel operations, and compounding
- Capping, particulate filling, and lyophilizer handling
- Aseptic manufacturing, packing, and line clearance
- Batch manufacturing as per cGMP and documentation
Engineering Department – Technician Critical plant maintenance and utility operations:
- Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, BMS, chiller, hot water systems, alarm troubleshooting
- Cooling tower and EMS operations
- Plant maintenance including water systems and calibration activities
Quality Assurance Department – Senior Executive / Executive Ensuring compliance and quality standards:
- In-process quality assurance (IPQA)
- AQL, process validation, and equipment qualification
- APQR, validation master plan, and documentation
- QMS implementation and audit readiness
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc / ME/BE / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 2 to 12 years in pharmaceutical injectable manufacturing (sterile/aseptic experience mandatory for production roles)
- Candidates with exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA/MHRA/EU) will be preferred
- Freshers are not eligible for these positions
Salary and Benefits
Zydus Lifesciences offers industry-competitive salaries along with excellent benefits:
- Senior Executive (Production/QA): ₹7 – 12 Lakhs per annum
- Executive / Operator (Production/QA): ₹4.5 – 8 Lakhs per annum
- Technician (Engineering – HVAC/Utility): ₹3 – 6 Lakhs per annum
