Positions Available
We are recruiting for our Moraiya – Ahmedabad Unit in the following categories:
1. Production – OSD
Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3 – 8 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operate machines including Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), Imprinting, Visual Inspection, and Capsule Filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO).
- Perform line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.
2. Packing
Plant Operator/Technical Assistant
- Qualifications: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 3 – 12 years
- Responsibilities:
- Operate CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac).
- Perform line clearance and operate/clean equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.
3. Engineering
Technician
- Qualifications: Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 3 – 12 years
- Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of plant equipment, including fitter, electrician, instrument mechanic, engineering stores, and HVAC validation/chiller/BMS Operator.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems, and calibration of OSD plant equipment.
- Knowledge of instruments – sensors, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and experience in calibration activities.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical companies and regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP will have an added advantage.
