Zydus Biologics, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking talented professionals to join its Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments. Open Positions: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 3 to 6 years
We are currently hiring for the following roles in the QC and QA departments:
1. QC Chemical (M.Sc. Biotech)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in Protein Analysis, Instrumentation, Molecular Biology, Bioassay, and related lab activities
- Review all documents including test reports, calibration reports, records, logbooks, and formats related to Protein Analysis, Instrumentation, and Bioassay
- Investigate incidents, deviations, and out-of-specification (OOS) results generated during laboratory analysis
2. QC Microbiologist (M.Sc. Micro)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Environmental Monitoring (Air Sampling, Settle Plate, Surface Monitoring, Personnel Monitoring)
- Perform Water Testing, Bio Assay, BET Test, MLT, and Sterility Testing
3. QA Analytical (M.Sc. Biotech/Micro)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review of Analytical Reports, Stability Protocols, and Data Sheets
- Investigate, review, and dispose of OOS, OOT, OOG, and OOE results
- Handle incidents, deviations, and change controls in the laboratory
- Review and approve all lab Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
4. QA QMS (M.Sc. Biotech/Micro)
- Experience: 6 to 8 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in QMS-related activities, including Failure Investigations, Quality Events Handling, Change Control, Market Complaints, and Conducting Self-Inspections
- Manage APQR, OOS/OOT trending, and more
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to regulatory documentation requirements
- cGMP and GLP experience is essential
