Position: Trainee (Production and Warehouse Departments)
Location: Kalmeshwar, Nagpur, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Training leading to Fixed Term Employment and potential permanent role
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Trainee in Production or Warehouse, you will:
- Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes under guidance
- Support warehouse operations including material handling and inventory management
- Adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and GMP guidelines
- Participate in on-the-job training programs (NAPS/NATS/Company Scheme)
- Contribute to efficient department operations with potential for inter-department transfers
- Work in assigned shifts to ensure smooth production and logistics flow
Required Qualifications and Eligibility
- Diploma in Pharmacy, ITI, or B.Sc
- Age: Must be below 23 years
- Freshers or candidates with minimal experience are preferred
- Strong learning attitude and commitment to career growth in pharma
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a competitive package during the training period:
- Potential earnings: Rs. 16,000 per month (Stipend Rs. 13,000 + Rs. 3,000 additional)
- 12 Paid Trainee Leaves + 10 Declared Holidays
- Training Duration: 12 months under NAPS/NATS or Company Training Scheme
- Two years Fixed Term Employment post-training
- Opportunity for permanent employment after 3 years based on performance
