Available Positions
1. Sr. Officer – Microbiology (Pharma Division)
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology
Key Responsibilities:
- Media preparation and maintenance
- Autoclave operations
- Good Practices Testing (GPT)
- Microbial Limit Testing (MLT)
2. Executive / Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance (Pharma Division)
- Experience: 6-8 years
- Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc Organic Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities for injectables and packaging operations
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) to ensure cGMP/GDP compliance
- Handle deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and adult readiness (OMS)
- Lead QA team and drive continuous improvement initiatives
3. Sr. Officer / Officer – Quality Control (Pharma Division)
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc Organic Chemistry
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC, UV, IR, and other analytical instruments
- Conduct Conductivity and pH testing
- Analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, GLP, and ISO
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant educational background in Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Organic Chemistry
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical quality systems, preferably in injectables or biologics
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and handle regulatory audits
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages based on experience and qualifications (indicative ranges):
- Sr. Officer (3-5 years): ₹5-9 Lakhs per annum
- Executive / Sr. Executive (6-8 years): ₹10-15 Lakhs per annum
