Key Responsibilities
Analytical R&D (AR&D)
- Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and KF
- Perform method validation, verification, and method transfers
- Conduct impurity profiling and stability studies
- Handle analytical troubleshooting and investigations
- Prepare analytical reports, validation protocols, and regulatory documentation (ICH/USP/EP standards)
Process R&D
- Support process development trials and scale-up activities
- Perform reaction monitoring and in-process analysis
- Assist in technology transfer from R&D to production
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and EHS teams
- Troubleshoot process issues impacting yield, quality, and efficiency
Required Qualifications & Skills
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
- 1โ5 years of experience in API, Pharma, or Specialty Chemicals
- Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and analytical techniques
- Good understanding of process chemistry and scale-up operations
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate preferred
