Key Responsibilities – IBR Facility Reviewer
- Review hospital itemized bills (inpatient and outpatient) to identify billing and coding discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, AHA Coding Clinic, and Official Coding Guidelines
- Analyze claims with charges up to USD 500,000 for accuracy and reimbursement validity
- Translate payer reimbursement policies into Zelis coding and clinical concepts
- Prepare and upload clear, audit-ready documentation supporting claim findings
- Maintain daily productivity of 10 claims per day with ≥85% quality score
- Monitor turnaround time, client-specific requirements, and claim progression reports
- Collaborate with internal teams on process improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Any Graduate degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare claims, medical billing, or hospital bill review
- CPC certification preferred (AAPC)
- Strong working knowledge of medical insurance and provider billing
- Hands-on experience with ICD-10 and CPT coding
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
