🔍 Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Pharmacovigilance Analyst, you will:

• Manage and maintain oversight of commercial and PV agreements across multiple regions.
• Review and assess commercial contracts to determine if a Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) is required.
• Support drafting, reviewing, and negotiating PVAs with business partners.
• Maintain accuracy of PSMF Annex B Commercial Agreements listings.
• Conduct periodic PVA reconciliations (ICSR) with partners.
• Assist Local Safety Officers (LSOs) in operational PV activities.
• Develop, update, and implement local PV procedures compliant with global and regional standards.
• Collaborate with global teams to design and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Contribute to continuous process improvement in pharmacovigilance operations.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with focus on product vigilance.
• Proven expertise in Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) review and compliance tasks.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical practice, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of global PV systems and databases.
• Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
