Key Responsibilities

As a Document Review Specialist II, you will:

• Review scientific and regulatory documents (protocols, CSRs, IBs, submissions, narratives).
• Verify data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA, EMA).
• Edit documents for grammar, clarity, usage, flow, and scientific accuracy.
• Collaborate with medical writers, clinical teams, and clients for operational excellence.
• Maintain knowledge of document templates, industry standards, and medical terminology.
• Work under tight timelines while ensuring top-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field).
• Experience: 2+ years in medical writing, document review, or CRO/pharma industry.
• CRO/FSP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication, grammar, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
• Proficiency in document management systems and advanced computer literacy.
