In this role, you’ll support production operations while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Your contributions will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control specific production operations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and equipment protocols.
- Handle product packaging according to process orders.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety requirements.
- Report non-conformities and help implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Adhere to sampling procedures and Critical Control Points (CCPs) documentation.
- Align with site goals in safety, quality, and delivery.
- Participate in LEAN board meetings and complete assigned tasks.
- Follow escalation procedures in case of abnormal operations.
- Apply 6S standards and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
- Operate SCADA systems effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education:
- B.Sc / M.Sc / BE / B.Tech in Production, Food Technology, or Biotechnology.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in food or chemical industries (Freshers are also welcome).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SCADA systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
