Job Overview
This role supports and implements quality and compliance processes, facilitates tracking/reporting of activities, and contributes to advancing departmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Research & Problem Solving: Use problem-solving methodologies, documenting activities according to ALCOA principles.
- Compliance Execution: Ensure quality processes are executed effectively.
- Process Improvements: Participate in small to medium-scale initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to maintain quality standards (e.g., audits, CAPA).
- Support Materials: Develop tools and presentations for the team’s strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent academic qualification).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (comparable experience can substitute formal qualifications).
- Language Skills: Effective oral and written communication in English.
- Knowledge: Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial processes, and relevant regulations.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with software tools; ability to quickly learn new platforms.
