Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead Generative AI implementation to enhance Clinical Data Management (CDM) & Pharmacovigilance (PV) processes
✔ Integrate AI-driven solutions into existing workflows for improved efficiency
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth AI adoption
✔ Monitor AI system performance and optimize functionality
✔ Develop and maintain AI process documentation
✔ Train teams on AI tools and technologies
✔ Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GxP, FDA, ICH)
✔ Conduct audits to identify AI process improvements
✔ Analyze data trends to support decision-making
✔ Stay updated on latest AI advancements in CDM/PV
Required Qualifications:
✅ 5-8 years in CDM, Pharmacovigilance (PV), or R&D
✅ Strong expertise in Generative AI applications
✅ Experience in AI integration with clinical/pharma systems
✅ Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
✅ Strong communication & collaboration abilities
✅ Certifications:
- Certified AI Practitioner (CAIP)
- Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM)
