• Qualification: B.Pharm / Nursing / BDS / BMS / Life Sciences Graduates
• Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

🧾 Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle adverse event (AE), product complaint, and medical inquiry calls professionally.
• Document AE and product complaint details accurately in the AE Intake Tool.
• Probe efficiently to gather patient medical history, drug details, product batch information, and physician details.
• Ensure timely report submission as per regulatory and sponsor timelines.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate within a matrix organization, meeting productivity and quality targets.

🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, Nursing, BDS, BMS, or Life Science degree.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates up to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical assessment principles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently or under supervision.
• Good understanding of pharmacovigilance and case processing workflows preferred.
