💼 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound safety calls related to adverse events, product complaints, and medical inquiries.
- Accurately document cases in the AE Intake Tool following global pharmacovigilance standards.
- Collect detailed patient and product information including:
- Medical history and medication details
- Physician information and demographics
- LOT number, formulation, strength, and expiry data
- Perform clinical assessment of adverse events using medical terminology knowledge.
- Capture At-Risk Scenarios and ensure complete case documentation.
- Submit safety reports within defined regulatory timelines.
- Ensure compliance with ICH Guidelines, global PV regulations, and SOPs.
- Maintain high accuracy through proofreading and quality checks.
- Support pharmacovigilance workflow aligned with international safety standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Nursing / BDS
- BAMS / BHMS
- Life Science Graduates (LS Graduates)
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and adverse event reporting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and drug safety concepts
- Familiarity with ICH-GVP guidelines and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Ability to gather, interpret, and document clinical information accurately
- Experience in call handling within PV or healthcare domain preferred
