Roles & Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Call Handler, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound safety calls related to adverse drug events
- Collecting, documenting, and validating adverse event (AE) and safety data
- Ensuring accurate ICSR intake in compliance with global PV regulations
- Following SOPs, regulatory timelines, and quality standards
- Escalating serious adverse events (SAEs) as per defined processes
- Maintaining data confidentiality and patient safety standards

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
To apply for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years in Pharmacovigilance
- Mandatory BPO / Voice Process experience in PV
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 30 days
- Skills Required:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of adverse event reporting
- Understanding of pharmacovigilance workflows
