🔍 Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management
1️⃣ Pharmacy & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliant dispensing, storage, and handling of medicines
- Follow Drugs and Cosmetics Act and regulatory guidelines
- Verify prescriptions, batch numbers, and expiry dates
- Maintain pharmacy licenses, registers, and audit documentation
- Ensure cold-chain compliance for temperature-sensitive products
- Monitor near-expiry and damaged stock
2️⃣ Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Manage inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems
- Conduct stock counts and reconciliations
- Track GRN, batch numbers, expiry, and serial numbers
- Optimize storage layout for operational efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics partners
3️⃣ Order Fulfillment
- Ensure accurate order processing & dispatch
- Handle reverse logistics, returns & replacements
- Minimize order errors and escalations
- Coordinate with procurement & customer support teams
4️⃣ Quality & Process Improvement
- Implement warehouse SOPs
- Support audits and compliance inspections
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
🎯 Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in:
- Pharmacy operations
- Warehouse operations
- Inventory management
- Experience in healthcare supply chain preferred
- Familiarity with cold-chain logistics is an advantage
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
