- Formulation & Development: M.Pharm with 3-5 years of experience
- Finance/Import-Export: Postgraduate with 10+ years in pharma export documentation
- HR-Talent Acquisition: MBA/MSW with 1-3 years in recruitment
- Quality Control: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm with HPLC/GC experience
- Regulatory Affairs: M.Pharm with CTD/ACTD dossier knowledge
- IT Manager: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT with ERP & networking expertise
