Job Description
Biological E. Limited, a leading pharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturer, is hiring skilled professionals for Production – Formulations (Injectables) in Filling, Blending, and Packing & Labelling roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Blending Department:
- Handle shift plans for formulation blending activities.
- Operate and maintain equipment like autoclave, blending vessels, CIP & SIP skids.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Filling Department:
- Manage shift plans for filling operations.
- Operate and maintain vial washing machines, tunnel sterilizers, filling & capping machines, lyophilization equipment.
- Monitor aseptic filling processes for injectables.
Packing & Labelling Department:
- Oversee vial labelling, VVM dot machines, and inspection systems.
- Operate Videojet & Control Print printers for batch coding.
- Manage Track & Trace systems and monitor cold room & deep freezer temperatures.
