Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee granulation, coating, compression, and bottle packing processes.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Monitor production efficiency and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and delivery targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma / M.Sc (Chemistry) from a recognized institution.
Experience:
- 3–5 years in pharmaceutical production/packing (granulation/coating/compression preferred).
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (GMP, WHO, etc.).
- Problem-solving aptitude and teamwork.
