Job Responsibilities
Production – Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
- Oversee fermentation processes, including upstream and downstream operations.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA standards and quality control protocols.
- Optimize production workflows for probiotic manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
R&D – Assistant Manager / Manager
- Lead research and development of innovative probiotic strains.
- Design and execute experiments to enhance product efficacy.
- Document findings and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in probiotics and nutraceuticals.
Warehouse – Assistant Manager / Manager
- Manage receipts, dispensing, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
- Streamline warehouse operations for efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions.
Purchase – Executive
- Handle vendor management and procurement processes.
- Maintain inventory levels to support production needs.
- Ensure timely documentation and cost-effective purchasing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to meet quality standards.
Engineering – Trainee
- Support maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues in the production facility.

Qualifications
- Production: 10+ years of experience in fermentation, upstream, and downstream processes. Knowledge of USFDA regulations is a plus.
- R&D: 10+ years in probiotics R&D with expertise in strain development. Advanced degree (M.Sc./Ph.D.) preferred.
- Warehouse: 10+ years in warehouse management, receipts, dispensing, and compliance. Experience with audits is essential.
- Purchase: 2–3 years in vendor management, inventory control, and procurement documentation.
- Engineering: 0–1 year of experience in electrical or mechanical engineering. Fresh graduates with relevant degrees are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for probiotics and nutraceuticals are required for all roles.
