Job Responsibilities
Production (Injectables) – Technical Assistant/Operator/Officer/Executive
- Operate and manage equipment in autoclave loading, vial filling/sealing, vial washing, and lyophilized processes.
- Perform aseptic area cleaning and garment washing to maintain sterile environments.
- Conduct brevity inspection and operate Bonfiglioli leak testing machines for quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with teams to meet production targets and maintain operational efficiency.
Quality Assurance (QA) – Officer to Executive
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing.
- Conduct qualification and validation of equipment and processes.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal quality policies.
- Document and review processes to maintain compliance with cGMP guidelines.
Quality Control (QC) – Officer to Executive (Microbiology)
- Execute bioassays, method validation, and water sampling/testing.
- Perform environmental monitoring to ensure sterile conditions.
- Analyze samples using advanced microbiological techniques.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Production (Injectables): ITI/Diploma/B.Pharm with 2-6 years of experience in injectable formulations.
- Quality Assurance: B.Pharm with 2-8 years of experience in injectable formulations.
- Quality Control (Microbiology): MSc Microbiology with 2-8 years of experience in bioassays, testing, method validation, and environmental monitoring.
- Note: Only candidates with injectable formulation experience will be considered.
