- Research Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute chemical reactions (mg to gram scale) and synthesize molecules per client specifications.
- Purify and characterize peptides using HPLC, LCMS, NMR.
- Handle solid/solution-phase peptide synthesis, resin-based modifications (cyclization, stapling).
- Operate automated peptide synthesizers and maintain Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
- Collaborate on R&D projects for global pharmaceutical partners.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry.
- Experience: 3–10 years in peptide synthesis, analytical techniques, or process chemistry.
- Skills: Proficiency in HPLC, NMR, LCMS, and automated synthesizers (preferred).
