• Review and analyze patient medical records for accuracy
• Assign correct HCC codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services
• Ensure compliance with current coding guidelines and standards
• Audit records for completeness and precision
• Respond to coding queries from healthcare providers and clients

🔹 Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HCC coding
• Mandatory certification: CPC, CRC, or CCS (CPC without “A” only)
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and HCC risk adjustment models
