Job Responsibilities
Production Operators & Executives
- Operate and monitor equipment for granulation, blending, compression, coating, and packing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain production records and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support process optimization.
QA Executives, Officers & Reviewers
- Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
- Perform validations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review and maintain QMS documentation for audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality.
Warehouse Officers
- Manage receipts, dispensing, and finished goods in the warehouse.
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support engineering warehouse operations and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams for seamless operations.
HR Executive / Assistant
- Handle attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance for plant operations.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Production Operators & Executives: B.Pharma, B.Sc, Diploma, or ITI with 3-5 years of experience in granulation, blending, compression, coating, packing, or QMS.
- QA Executives, Officers & Reviewers: M.Pharmacy, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or B.Sc with 3-6 years of experience in QMS, validations, IPQA, or APQR.
- Warehouse Officers: M.Sc or B.Sc with 3-5 years of experience in receipts, dispensing, finished goods, or engineering warehouse operations.
- HR Executive / Assistant: MHRM or MBA with 3-5 years of experience in attendance, payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, and plant operations.
- Preference: Male candidates for all positions.
