- Processing and reviewing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
- Performing medical coding using MedDRA and WHO-DD
- Narrative writing and case triage
- Literature screening and signal detection support
- Compliance with ICH-GCP, GVP guidelines, and global PV regulations
- Safety database management and quality checks
Drug Safety Physician
- Medical review of adverse event reports
- Causality assessment and seriousness evaluation
- Signal detection and benefit-risk analysis

- Prior experience in pharmacovigilance and medical review
