1. Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Positions Available: 2
Experience: 1-3 years
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor clinical trials at various study sites
- Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in collecting and managing data for clinical reports
- Maintain communication between investigators, sponsors, and trial sites
2. Medical / Protocol Writer
Positions Available: 1
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Prepare clinical protocols, reports, and other trial-related documents
- Write accurate, regulatory-compliant submissions
- Ensure clarity and consistency in scientific documents
- Collaborate with clinical and research teams to maintain timelines
3. Senior Executive – Quality Assurance (QA)
Positions Available: 2
Experience: 2-4 years
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA processes across clinical trials
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure quality standards
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure adherence to guidelines
Qualifications and Skills Required
For all roles, candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Educational Qualification:
- CRA: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharma, Life Sciences, or related field
- Medical Writer: Degree in Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or Pharmacy
- QA Executive: B.Sc., B.Pharma, or equivalent
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
