Positions Available
1. Quality Control (QC) – Male / Female Candidates
This role involves hands-on analytical work and documentation in a regulated pharma environment.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / MSc
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Handling of HPLC, Raw Material (RM) Analysis, Finished Product Analysis, and Stability Samples
- Managing documentation including Specifications & STPs, SOPs, and other Quality Management System (QMS) activities
2. Quality Assurance (QA – AQA) – Male Candidates Only
This position focuses on ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP standards and handling critical quality systems.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- MSc Analytical / M.Pharmacy
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
- Assisting management in executing GMP/GLP related activities
- Handling market complaints, returns/recalls, deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and validation report reviews
- Reviewing and approving specifications, STPs, SOPs, BMR, BPR, and MFR
- Reviewing and approving validation protocols and reports
- Ensuring quality-related complaints are investigated and resolved in coordination with QC, QA, and production departments
- Managing critical quality systems including deviations, change control, CAPA, training, OOS, validations, and qualifications
- Reviewing and approving Certificate of Analysis (CoA) as per customer requirements
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary packages based on experience and qualifications, typically ranging from ₹3.5 Lakhs to ₹6.5 Lakhs per annum for these roles in the Hyderabad pharma industry. Additional benefits may include standard perks as per company policy.
