Roles and Responsibilities
As a Trainee Executive or Trainee Operator, you will receive structured training while supporting various functions in the Virchow Skill Development Center. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in Manufacturing (Injectables) processes, including production support and adherence to GMP standards.
- Handling Packing operations to ensure accurate and timely packaging of pharmaceutical products.
- Supporting Engineering maintenance and troubleshooting in production equipment.
- Performing Quality Control checks, documentation, and compliance activities.
- Conducting Microbiology testing and maintaining sterile conditions.
- Managing Warehouse activities, including material handling, inventory, and storage.
- Participating actively in skill development programs to build technical expertise.
Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts as per operational requirements.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility

- ITI
- Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical)
- B.Sc / M.Sc (all streams)
- B.Pharma
- B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical)
