Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee at Virchow Biotech, you will receive hands-on training and support while performing the following tasks:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the assigned department
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures
- Operate and monitor equipment/machines (for Operator roles)
- Perform in-process checks and documentation (for Executive roles)
- Support packaging, labeling, and warehouse activities
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area
- Work in rotational shifts as per production requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- ITI (any trade)
- Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
- B.Sc (all streams)
- B.Pharm
- B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical)
- Pass-out Year: Only 2023, 2024 & 2025 passed-out candidates
- Experience: Freshers only (no prior experience required)
- Gender: Male candidates only
- Other Requirements: Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts
