Job Responsibilities:
- Work in A R&D Biologics or Quality Control, applying industry best practices and trends.
- Apply and understand GMP principles and standards for monoclonal antibodies or vaccines.
- Innovate by developing solutions to complex challenges using creativity and ingenuity.
- Revise, review, and maintain STPs, specifications, and GTPs for product testing.
- Coordinate product testing with external analytical laboratories.
- Operate key instruments like HPLC, UPLC, Microplate Reader, and Spectrophotometer.
- Demonstrate skills in Bioassay, ELISA, and Cell Culture.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong judgment to independently determine appropriate actions.
